Frequently Asked Questions
Wireless internet is a technology that beams the internet from one of our towers directly through the air into your home or business. The internet connects to your WiFi through a small radio on your roof.
1. Do I get the equipment I need?
Yes, the equipment we install remains the property of Waelese. It is FREE to be USED by you while you pay for our service
2. How does payment work?
Our Wi-Fi service is a pay-first-and-then-use service. You will pay each month for the next month's use.
3. How does the service work?
Our service runs from the first day of the month up to the last day of the month. We will adjust your first payment to help you. So you don't have to wait until the last day of the month to apply.
4. Is this a contract?
We expect you to pay each and every month. Failure to continue to pay regularly will lead to a discontinuation of our service. We can decide to remove our equipment at our sole discretion.
5. What happens if I don't pay?
We invoice at the end of each month. You will receive an email with your invoice. You have up to the third of the new month to pay; otherwise, your service will be cut.
